    At this stage we only ship within Australia through Australia Post from our Sydney studio.

    Orders over $100.00 will be eligible for FREE standard shipping!

    Orders under $100.00

    - $10.00 standard shipping (6-8 business days Australia wide*)

    - $15.00 express shipping (2-3 business days Australia wide*)

    We aim to ship your items on the next business day. Generally, please expect items to be dispatched between 2-3 business days.

    * During peak times (promotional sales, public holidays and celebratory periods) please allow up to 4-6 business days

    Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order.

    Please ensure your details are entered is accurate and that you have the correct items in your cart.

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

    TRUE is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

    TRUE is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. TRUE is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.  Please note we do not hold or delay parcel post at customer request.
